"Great! ...With Caveats"

First off the staff here are great. Thuan at the front desk said he was new, but you could not tell, he was exceptionally good at his job and warm and welcoming. The pool is impressive and very pretty.

Excellent stay starting with a great welcome at check-in. Lovely pool on the very top floor too, which I had all to myself for the afternoon. Shopping centre just up the road with loads of different eating options for my evening meal. Room was excellent with a great shower.

We were in Danang for a business trip in January 2020. We stayed at the Tonkin Luxury Boutique for 3 - 4 days. On the day we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff.

The service is good. The food in restaurant is delicious. It’s near Lotte mart, beach and staffs are very nice. The facilities are modern and clear. Staffs always smile and say hello with us, especially Helen. Thanks Helen so much for your service.
