Cancellation policy for land tour without flights
- All cancellations should be made in writing and should be acknowledged by Tonkin Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa
-No cancel/non refund will be applied after payment.
- Reduction in the number of passengers against requested bookings is considered and treated as cancellations.
